Tested and proven to dramatically improve resistance to cracking and increase impact resistance.
Easy to use and mix in dissolvable paper bags.
MICROFORCE poly monofilament fibre reinforcing mixes easily to create effective multi-directional secondary concrete reinforcement.
MICROFORCE provides proven reduction of plastic shrinkage cracking, improved impact resistance, and less permeability. 19mm is the perfect length for easy mixing in conjunction with effective performance.
When used in concrete and mortar MICROFORCE effectively inhibits micro-cracking caused by plastic and drying shrinkage. It is very effective at increasing impact resistance of concrete, resulting in reduced spalling of impact-prone elements. Use MICROFORCE in exterior concrete slabs, industrial, commercial yards & suspended decks
Design should include sub-dividing overall slab into panels with K-FORM or sawcutting to construct slab panels of dimensions within which the fibre can prevent cracking.
Polypropylene fibre MICROFORCE has been proven and tested to improve resistance to cracking and increase impact resistance.
Available in 0.6kg paper bags (which disintegrate when placed into the concrete mix).

SPECIFICATION TEXT: iNFORCE MICROFORCE Micro Fibre.
Added at batching plant as per project specification.
Inforce working with Markham Global to reduce plastic shrinkage cracking and increase waterproofing in this Wellington Airport Multilevel Carpark for Fletcher Construction. Using Microforce a Poly Monofilament Fibre.
VIEW PROJECTInforce worked with Stead Construction on this Bridge Street Napier Car park, constructing topping slabs over worn existing slabs to create falls using Microforce poly monofilament fibre
VIEW PROJECTiNFORCE worked with Russell Black to deliver what has been described as the largest robotic dairy barn in the world. This 16,000m2 internal dairy shed, with the ability to house up to 1500 cows, used Microforce fibre in the slab and Radforce synthetic fibre in the external slabs.
Microforce was used to increase impact resistance and control plastic shrinkage in the internal slabs. Radforce was used in the external slabs to replace steel mesh.
VIEW PROJECTInforce worked with Naylor Love as part of an integral concrete waterproofing system on these suspended car park decks at the Silverdale Retail Center. Microforce fibre was used in conjunction with the waterproof system to mitigate drying shrinkage cracking.
VIEW PROJECTWe understand that choosing the correct solution and type of product is essential for the success of any project.
